This page brings together complete information for the 110 meetings we know of in the 4 cities listed above. This method should lessen the need to jump from page to page, as well as give a broader view of what is available beyond our own groups, neighborhoods and towns.

    For those who can use them, we also have separate pages for Agoura Hills and Malibu. Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks, as suggested in the note below, are inseparable.

    As with all we do in A. A., we rely on each other for meeting information. Where something seems especially important to clear up, we have added a little pop-up [Help!] to alert the visitors and ask for your help.

Please Note: Roughly half the meetings listed on this page are located near the Ventura/Los Angeles county line, and there is occasional confusion (except for Malibu) as to exactly where (in terms of county and town) some of these meetings really are.

    55 of the 110 meetings on this page are shown on modern maps as being in the city of Thousand Oaks (Ventura), another 4 in the city of Westlake Village (L. A.) ... which are not the same by far as the overlapping, combined planned community of Westlake Village. The views of residents, A. A. groups and listing bodies, as to whether given meetings are really in one or the other, by no means follow county lines or postal conventions.

    To add to this, 'Agoura Hills' is also occasionally used in the same casual way.

    The most practical solution, we believe, is to unite all the meetings on a single page, with those physically located (following the latest research) in Ventura County captioned as “Thousand Oaks”, and those in L. A. County as “Westlake Village” or “Agoura Hills” for those who wish to know. These designations are intended only to be useful for finding the meetings — certainly not definitive, controversial nor inflammatory.
